Ashutosh BhattParticipant
all most all controllers have locking facility. you can lock micro controller using any suitable EEPROM programmer
all EEPROM programmers have such program read write lock facility
you can use AVR ATMEGA series micro controllers with suitable programmer like USBapp
Ashutosh BhattParticipantfirst connect ESP8266 with PC / laptop through serial to USB converter and test it with AT commands through PC
Ashutosh BhattParticipantthere are many options
1) NRF2401L
2) HC-12
3) Xee-Bee

Ashutosh BhattParticipantwhat is so difficult in this?
its simple 3 wire interface
it has Vcc, Gnd and signal – that gives analog output
Ashutosh BhattParticipantits preety simple circuit
it can be designed using IC NE555 in astable mode
Ashutosh BhattParticipantelectronic principles by A P Malvino
electronics devices and circuits by milliman and halkies
Ashutosh BhattParticipantall LCD have backlight LED feature. you can turn it ON or OFF to activate or deactivate it
Ashutosh BhattParticipantUse fingerprint sensor module with arduino
Make a software in computer to get attendance data from arduinoAshutosh BhattParticipantTFT LCD library is available
Just u need is enough inbuilt flash more than 64kAshutosh BhattParticipant4 bit LCD mode
Divide 8 bit data in to two 4 bit nibbles using masking
First send higher nibble
Then send lower nibble
Every time for sending 1 byte. You hv to send two nibblesAshutosh BhattParticipantWhere you are using this circuit?
Ashutosh BhattParticipantPost the comments in regards to question…..
Ashutosh BhattParticipantdoes it happen repeatedly at frequent interval?
Ashutosh BhattParticipantfirst check whether you are getting exact 1 and 0 logic levels on your port pins?
it depends on your HW circuit? your all connections are OK?
