I am a student of B.Sc. and currently preparing for IIT JAM exam.

I am preparing for the exam with the Solid State Electronic Devices by Ben G Streetman, Sanjay Kumar Banerjee. 

I want some more books for my exam prepartion for the topics Solid state physics and the electronics.
