Actually we are planning to make a model of an hybrid vehicle, the one that combines electric motor and combustion engine. For switching between this motor and engine speed of the tyre has to be sensed. When speed exceed a certain preset value, system switches from motor to engine. Similar is the case when there is an inclination.
So,here is the case, each time when the sensor detects a preset value,an interupt signal has to be generated which leads to switching. Planning to use an encoder for speed, and mercury switch for inclination sensing.
Please ,do help for using ATMEGA 8
thanks…we just started off…vl get back to you…if we got stuck in between
started with arduino basics..abt how to use it and all… is there any reference circuit or something….for this project..
for starting this project ,what should be our first step??? like, using arduino.. or learning the ATcommand
set. these AT commands are universal for all modules or watt?
thx a lott:)
can u provide me with some sort of block diagram or circuit to understand better??
for this kinda small scale project, which is preferable? atmega 16 or 8?
would it be better to use arduino or embedded c for programming the microcontroller?
