thanks all

there is a diode before the inductor and want to make arc after inductor terminal due to increase in volt in inductor can i know how much maximum volt can the inductor rise? or formulas to calculate this volt?

the the current is 1000 volt and 0.01 A coming from ransformer entering diod then the inductor..do you have fromula to calculate inductor parameters?
