hi, can anyone tell me how to use tsop and ir for the following application?
i have transmttr at one end and tsop at other end
i want my motor to be on till ir transmts and tsop receives
as some obstacle comes between them(no more transmission) then motor stops
can anybody help?connect the output of the TSOP to the base of an NPN transistor through a resistor not less than 1K, connect the emitter to ground, and collector through motor to positive.
You should blink the IR led with a frequency mentioned in the datasheet of TSOP, then only the TSOP will generate an output. It can be done using 555
