state logger for AC power line

Hello guys,

I need to build up a microcontroller based project that records the ON/OFF state of AC power line with date and timestamp.

A PIC Micro + 24C128 Eprom backed up with battery to record and show up the logged information on a 16×2 LCD display equipped with following switches.

>Set date and time

>Reset memory

>up/down (to review events)

Here is the example of what I need to be displayed on the 16X2 LCD.

First line : Last Event Date and time      12/12/2015 23:45

Second line: Last event state                           OFF

Is there anyone out there who can do this for me? If so, please let me know how much it's going to cost me.

for date and time stamp use RTC in the system
