i have a problem in this project.because ic available in this project that is tda 2007 is not available in the market could you tell me is there any replacement of this ic?????????
use TDA2003 if this is not avaiable then use darlington pair instead…
TDA200X used here to increase transmission power..using darlington pair could decrease range of IR ,
use IR rx that has 3 pin,,(+,- and signal ) like K4, TSOP1738 ,,
they are very much sensitive rxs,
still u will manage to cover almost 10 M distance…
