Microcontroller › Arduino › solar tracking
Has anyone developed a design from either the arduino or rasberry pi devices for controlling the azimuth and elevation, used for solar tracking. Within this design I would like to incorporate the following: tracking with LED light sensors, Tracking with GPS for sun location as well computer interface with the Arduino or Rasberry pi controller for calculating sun position. The reason I would like to incorporate all of the above types of control is for redundancy if one of the system controls were to fail. The motors used for this tracker will be stepper motors for accuracy. Thanks , Greeny01
The project details are there in this website only. Go to Knowledge Base —> Projects . You will see a big list of project and find the one with title “Solar Tracker Using Arduino”
