serial interfacing

Hey,

 

I am currently working on my final year project and i am stck on a few things.

Basicly i am making a matlab based microcontroller interface.

For that purpose i will be connecting a microphone to the microcontroller and then via serial interfacing ill be transmitting data to the pc.

But currently i need the assembly coding for serial interfacing, ( a code that can extract the data from 512 kb flash memory and transmit the data to the pc. if anyone can help ill be really greatful
