sending data from microcontroller memory to sql database

Hello everyone,

 

I am doing a project and really need some help. 

 

Can someone tell  me how the data from the memory of microcontroller be transfferred to sql database, which will then be updated on a we page.

In addition to this if anyone has knowledge about creating a web server using ARM processor, their help would be highly appreciated.
