Salvaging a tablet LCD touchscreen

I have a functioning Azpen A700 that will cost more to fix other problems than it's worth. I would like to use the LCD with an Arduino or Raspberry Pi.   Azpen, of course,  wouldn't give me a schematic.  I don't know where or how to start.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks.

You need to find two things, 1. Power requirement and choosing a power supply?

2. Type of interface the LCD has?
