Now my query is “i want to manufacture digital voltamerter for voltage stabiliser and servo” as far as I know. IC PIC 16F676 I used for the digital voltmeter.This is a programming IC . I would like to know to program the IC . Thanks

You can find basic projects on programming the pic microcontroller from the tab EGLABS>MICROCONTROLLER>PIC.

to program PIC chip you need to purchase PIC programmer. they are cheap and readily available
