probelm with hardware(gsm sim900a australia made and 89c51)

hi..i having a problem with my hardware..when i trying to sent message to  my gsm module..the message sent to me back saying that “the phone memory is full please call instead“ i get the message delivers in simulation. but i seems cant able to sent? any suggestion will be helpful. thanks in advance
