    Dear sir,

I am doing one project for cement factory for counting the cements bags on the Belt.so please give me idea about which type of sensor i have to use for Bags counting, because near belt enviornment is to much dust…

IR sensor is the right for this enviornment?

    Please help me….

    Thanks and Regards

yes you can try with that… other than that you can use TSOP ot laser with LDR ( will be the most favorable in that condition)/ or you can use sharp GDP distance measuring sensor/ Ultra sonic( again suits in that sitution).

    DEAR MR SHAHID

Use the LDR Sensorsss or to get more efficiency in ur work u have to spend budget on ultrasonic sensor circuitary…

    hello salman,

i don’t, i didnt worked on this. i just did a bit of googling for that. what is the concept for ultra sonic radar. is it the same what is used for military radar for navigation. which keep on rotating and tells about the object information with the range? becon antenna type?
