In the past i worked on this circuit, the range is not above 4-5 meters & power consumption is more for battery applications. if you are looking for good range use 1/4 monopole antenna with 50ohm impedence, it would increase further 5meters.

First of all I wan’t to ask can I use bft66 instead of mrf947t1 & secondly does a mobile phone uses a single gsm frequency at a time cuz this circuit generates only constant frequency. Would it should be enough to jam a single service at a time???
