Please help me with this circuit..I am making it in the breadboard but its not working..i had checked the connections in my breadboard circuit and its all correct based on the circuit diagram. can you please help me with this.. i proposed this as my final project and i have to make this work so that i can pass my subject.. please do help me.

can u specifically tell wht problem u re facing?
try connecting the two wires (shown in the water tank in the circuit) directly and see if the circuit is working.
