    When I connect LED to microcontroller 8051, they do not glow properly at the same time when connected to AVR o PIC they glow properly. Why is it so?

      To which port have you connected Led?  do give some details

    Try using it in the negative logic.

    pull up resister is must for interfacing led directly to the ports

    try with pullup resisters

    use 10k resister
