    All hello.
    On the page "http://www.engineersgarage.com/electronic-components/uln2003-datasheet".
For what purpose on the second picture are represented the first (Input – GND) and the last (Output – GND) diodes? It is a mistake? Direction of diodes the incorrect? If to follow the scheme, the INP connected to GND, and OUTPUT – is always connected to GND.

    Hi Usto

You are absolutely right, this picture might have been uploaded by mistake. The two diodes must be in opposite direction to what they are, over this link.

    Appreciate your heeding

first of all it is not a diode. it is symbol of inverted output. means you apply high (logic 1) input you will get low (logic 0) output. it shows you can connect any load in current sinking configuration.

please refer the internal circuit – darlington configuration for more detail
