I've tried with avr stdio,winavr compiler but can't.

Winavr is good compiler but may be you miss some configuration or not make IDE.First learn about winavr and Try again.

Has anyone tried this library? I've found this code non working to me. No errors, no warnings in AVR studio 4. I use Atmega32 at 16MHz.
