    Hello Ruchit,

    Using ARP9600 you can keep a button pressed and keep on recording the voice captured by a microphone in the recording mode of the IC.

    You can later play that also in play mode of the IC.

    Suggest you to find this link which will give you a datasheet. It has got few sample circuits which you can try out straight away.
