Can one interface a 3.5mm jack to a breadboard??How?

i suppose you want to use your headphones for a project (pardon me if am wrong)

just cut your normal head phones wire..you’ll find 3 separate wires..1 is ground, the other 2 are for the left and right ear

so just put them onto the bread baord.
