Inductance meter

I am a new user of the forum. I am going to built the inductance and I have simple question.

 

Are the two resistor 100 ohms and 330 ohms?

What is the value of power supply 5VDC?

if u post the circuit it may help ful to answer, why because resistance act as a different load in different combination. so please post the circuit.
