I have question. can we control the devices from computers or from anywhere from the world via the Internet
please share some Ideas how to complete this projects?

You can do this on Local loop using ARM9. For global control, u have to design server end…!!

you need to interface ethernet interface in your project. your device will have two things

network ID and IP address. using that IP address you can control the device over ethernet from any place
