I like to have video function with MCU switches

Recently I am thinking to use a MCU to implement video codec with switches function, I want to use a MCU to implement

basic  photo and switches, so I guess it would be fun, if there is friend here please give me suggestion.

I just surf averlogic website that there is a AL582 it is video codec with MCU, so I will download its flyer to study first.

hoping averlogic IC can do my function.

I think if there is a typical MCU to implement GPIO, switch on/off basic, and then adds on a video codec such as h.264 or JPEG,

this kind of MCU would be more powerful,but I worried about development cost.

I want to add on MCU with video function, and some environmental sensors, and make it move-able, if I ingtegrate all of these,

that will be more interesting, just like a environmental robot model. any one has comment?
