how to use at89s52

hi! any one know how to impement password  bassaed door locking system by using at89s52 along with eeprom?

also the code (i.e password  bassaed door locking system by using at89c51 which is in project list) is not working. plz tell me about the problem!!

whats the problem xactly you facing…. elobrate yourself just the code is not working doesnt sound anything….

hi! i connected the hardware as mentioned in the circuit diagram but there is no output on lcd!! so i think that is might be the problem of code (not sure but i also think the logic of code is correct and output should be pispalyed) or lack of information in the circut diagram(with great possibility).

also tell me how to interlink the code with eeprom(what the additions in code are required to do so).

 i advice u to check your connections ones again and go for step by step approch. check weather your controller and your ckt ar working properly. just try with one LED blinking program on all the ports. send me the link on which you saw that “door lock system….” or code project no.

i am sending you the link of door locking… 

i already cheaked the ckt by writing simplie program of toggling the output on ports. so the ckt was working fine.

also tell me about eeprom coding and interlinking with the existing code.

if your Controller is wotking fine then go with some of very simple code with LCD. what exactlly the o/p on LCD is it totally balnk, or first line is filled with box and second line is empty. PLZ elobrate you problems so that i can help you out just things are not working doesn’t give any idea about your problem..

 

and also what kind of interlinking u need, go for the links to understand the EEPROM interfacing.

plz tell me that what quantity of current this circuit needed? also current of controller.

also my lcd is totaly blank!

have you tries some simple programs with you LCD…

i did not did it.but i tested the lcd by giving voltage to led pins. regarding to the eeprom prom interlinking i wana save the passwords and after faliuer of light the password must be saved.

can you disscus it online with me? so that i can get ride of this problem?

 just giving voltage on led pins doesn’t say that you LCD is connected properly or working…
