Hi srikanth,

 

Crystal oscillator frequency & delay routine are much related to each other. If you are using 20Mhz you need less delay compared to 4Mhz crystal. Generally most of the compilers has in build delay functions, which calculate the delay timings as you give the crystal oscillator value you are using. Refer your controller data sheet & timing diagrams for detailed description.

hi guys in some areas cell network is not available but while by going 5kms from there.there will be again full signal so based on this i want to do a small antenna which recieves the frequency for having atleast one strip of network so first of all is it possible to do and cany any one guide me in this plzz..

Hello 

 

I’m testing my sim300 modem on hyperterminal. when i send AT it replyies with AT. infact it happens with all commands.

same send data is received. Actually i had used this modem before and it is configured in call mode, whic it is still doing properly. but now i want to change to sms mode.  can someone help?

i tried to send sms using sim300 and hyperterminal from my pc.

i type AT  then enter and i got ok meaning the modem is good next,

 AT+CMGF=1

OK

AT+CMGS=234 phone number

+cms error: 321

 

what have i done wrong please advice

Can anyone please take an example of a sample C code that includes an AT command of GSM SIM-300 module interfaced with AT89C51? 

I want to know how to include an AT command in the code.
