GRID CONNECTED INVERTER

I want to design single phase Grid connected Inverter. I have design stand alone single phase and three phase inverter it is working fine Now i want to connect it to Grid How i have to work for it.

There must a protocol used for Grid connectivity of devices like inverter, suggest you to do a research on it. If there is one, you can find the code libraries of that protocol and program your inverter.

I Have not found any details for it. what parameter should consider while connecting with grid and how to synchronise them if its get fails what will happen.
