    hello sir ;

                    I have seen the project “GPS interfacing with PIC 18F4550”.It is a very nice project.

    could u please give me the detail  about the “GPS module” ,which u have used in your project .

    what is price of this module? , please send me its data sheet and sourse.

    u no need data sheet for GPS…

    it gives LATTITUDE AND LANGITUDE Positions

     

    but that position values will get in sertain formait…i.e

    $GPRMC:

    in this, u will get LAT AND LANG POsition values

     

    so u just separet this values and use it…

    GPS cost range strat from 1k.

    Most of the GPS modules available in the Market Provide output in NMEA format so any GPS module will do. You can buy GPS Module from here: http://www.dnatechindia.com/GSM-GPRS-GPS/GPS-Module-With-Patch-Antenna.html

    can i use gps module SKM53 using rs232 … or there are trouble with rs232 interfacing ?

     

     

     

    and how can interface the data that i get to display on google mapping ?
