i need multi touch sensing counter with counting display to watch fly's activity and number of percentage. if possible please reply to me.

You can use an array of IR Receivers and IR LEDs in opposite side to detect multi-touch…. If I am getting you correctly, you want to count the number of flies crossing a particular area….
