flash magic software

sir i make loader of p89v51rd2 but it loading by flashmagic software software.

 

plz give me sure answer the flashmagic software is work on windows 7 system.

 

 

i tryied in windows 7 but some error occurs and some people says flashmagic is not working in windows 7.

 

give me reply.

Hi Ritesh,

I am using the same microcontroller P89V51RD2 in my MC kit , and I am using the “Flash Magic” software to burn/dump the hex file to MC . My Os is Windows 7. The software works fine even with Windows 8 release preview. What kind of an error are u getting. Please check once again whether u have selected the “P89V51RD2” in Select Device button , Baud rate – 9600, Interface- Non-ISP, in Flash Magic software and the specific COM port for your PC. 

Check it out once again .. and if u get the error Post the error message.

Flash magic tool works on windows7. Download the latest version & try to flash your controller. Also follow the points suggested by mikel.

when i open the flash magic software this error is display and after the flash magic window is open.

 

 

when i click on start button for progarm loading the msg display is unable to connect plz reduce the baund rate.

Check if Flash Magic Software has been properly installed and then open the Flash magic window.

 

Before loading the program “”Go to ISP” option and select “Read Device Signature” option and then try to load the program. Check if this thing works.

Are you using RS-232 cable or USB to Serial cable.

i use rs232 usb to db9 cable.

Did you install USB to Serial drivers ? The USB cable or the installed drivers may not be working properly. Try alternate cable.

i use usb to db9 cable  all about this is ok.

 

i have in laptop windows 7 ultimate. in ultimate flashmagic is work or not.

 

at ur lapto u have windows 7 home basic ir ultimate in which u use flash magic.

 

i press start button in flash magic the msg display “press rst switch in isp mode”. but i press reset switch the program is not load.

 

 

 

 

and in cable driver file in the text file the note is written like for windows 7 = ” NOTE: For Windows 7, please use RC build 7100 or above.”

 

plz give reply.

 

and what is rc build 7100.?

Flash magic works on windows 7 ultimate. As per your description the flash magic is working fine. There might be problem in USB to serial driver, RC build 7100is upgarde version of windows 7, kindly upgrade your laptop with RC build 7100.

i check my cable by using access port software(by short the pin no. 2 and 3).  the cable is in working condition then hows the cable and driver problems?

 

i install pl2303 profilic driver wchich is include in cable packet (dvd for driver).

 

but i use flash magic latest version 7.76 and i read its manual in its manual it is don’t written about it is use in windows 7. so u open flash magic software and go to help menu and read the manual on page no. 9 plz read the data has been written. in its minimum requirement is not include windows 7.

i use bafo technology company cable.

 

cable no. is BF-810

 

so can u give me appropriciet driver for my laptop for windows 7 32 bit.

 

 

i hardly tried with lot of driver pl2303 but i cant success.

 

when i open the flashmagic the msg display “get adepter info error : 232”
