I need assistance on the  project am to embark on, actually have been searching for the above topic but have not found any intresting 1 to deal with. I need a car security system without a gsm control, also if I may ask is it possible for us to have such a circuit without a feedback i.e a process whereby an intruder goes into a car and this triggers the alarm, will the owner be aware of the incident if not with the gsm based circuit?

    Hi Adebayo,

There should be a means of communication between the user and his/her vehicle. If there is no GSM then I think a long distance RF transmitter will do.

Alright, so how can I get a particular circuit with write-up for this project? if there is a circuit diagram for the RF or GSM COMMUNICATION with the vehicle then I need a complete diagram for it…………. thanks in advance!

    Hi Adebayo,

What EngineersGarage do is create a few basic experiments on microcontrollers, explain them in detail and help others to build more interesting stuffs based on them. In this website there are lot of examples of RF interfacing and GSM interfacing on different microcontrollers like 8051, PIC, AVR and ARDUINO boards. If you are not that used to microcontroller projects, I suggest to go for Arduino based projects.

Please navigate to EG LABS >> MICROCONTROLLER tab from the home page of the site and you can find all the projects done on different microcontrollers including RF and GSM interfacing projects.

Refere them, Try out yourself and you will get an idea how to proceed with your project.

Should you have any doubts, Please feel free to post here.
