Delay activation circuit with 555 timer

Hi there, I need a little help with a extra credit assignment for school. I need to build a circuit utilizing a 555 timer to where when I press a button it times for 5 seconds and then activates a relay for 5 seconds at the end of that cycle. Vcc has to be 9 volts dc ( 9v battery) any help would be greatly appreciated!

please mention your question properly. If I had understand your question properly then you will need to use 555 in monostable mode and adjust the resistance and capacitance and connecct pin 3 to the relay.
