all dear experts…
i m trying to control appliance over interenet using ethernet shiled..i uploaded sketch given in EG Labs(controlling appliances over wifi). it only works through lan network. actually i have USB internet device. ehternet shield connected to my laptop’s lan port. i can only control appliance through my laptop, cant access from other PC.
is there any network configuration..?
i guess arduino has no internet acess..

You need to establish a bridge connection between netsetter and lan, consult a network expert or simply google it.
@Qaisar: The tutorial was meant for controlling appliance over WiFi only. In case you want to control it using your phone at home, you should enable WiFi hotspot on your laptop and connect your phone to the laptop's WiFi. In case you want to control it over internet, away from your home, you need to so some extra work (google "port forwarding")
