Cat Deterant Mat

Hi there, I have been trying to find a design for a small circuit
similar to the one they use on the Cat Scat Mat as seen on eBay, I am having heaps of problem's
with stray cats in my yard and I wish to make a couple of these circuits. The
mat should not be a problem, I'm thinking I would use heavy plastic sheeting
and using a 6mm wide copper tape that is used in lead lighting I can make the
grid. I am hoping you have such a diagram, Please.

you can use shock gum or shock pen circuit that will be safe and it will give a littile shock
