iam doing pulse counter as mini project. i strucked at loading program in to ic 89c4051. can any one help me the circuit to load program from pc to ic

for 89c4051 you have to buy programmer. if it is 89s4051 you can make usbasp programmer to program it. search for usbasp in google.
