    Hello
I am working on bidirectional counter, and facing problem with the circuit of “IF red” the out put of the circuit is 2 volt to microcontroller.
    Will it work ?

    Hi Pankaj,

I think it won’t work, since the TTL logic voltage level needs around 3 V for logic high and less than 1 V for logic low and the range depends on the device. Try to change your circuit accordingly. Why don’t you post your circuit diagram along with your query?
