ATMEGA8515 SIM 900 interfce

anyone please help me uild a home automation model using atmega8515 and sim 900

i am using two motors and 3 light bulbs 

i want to power them all using relay

i have built all the circuit

i want a code 

so that i can send sms and turn on my  respective relay .

plus i want to mention my all relays are connected to port c -pin 0,1,2,3,4.

please help.
