IN MY 8051 – DIGITAL STOP WATCH MINIPROJECT , IT HAS TWO SEVEN SEGMENT DISPLAYS AND ONE SWITCH IS PRESENT SO AS TO START AND STOP THE WATCH. NOW, MY PROBLEM WITH THE SETUP IS THAT THE SWITCH DOESNT RESPOND WHEN IT IS PRESSED. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET IT CORRECTED.

What switch are you using? a momentary switch I gather.
