There is lot of tutorials available .
To make any PLC project you should be strong in
1.Ladder diagram
2.Simulation
3.basic electronic components like relay.solenoid, led, logic gates

My contact no is :7667726484
sathyamoorthyParticipantyou have to pass the UV rays to that
sathyamoorthyParticipantcan you send me the diagram of this So that i can tell you what is the problem you have.As per you statements You are feeding the 5volt to the L293D input. But you gave the 24 volts as a reference .That is what the problem i think so.Try to upload the diagram with ratings
sathyamoorthyParticipantHi Yahee
Why cant you go proximity sensor. What my suggestion is You can fix the sensor on shaft of the dc motor. Then Keep on LDR or photodiode in oppsite .It will count the rotations and you can easliy calibrate the same ……………
sathyamoorthyParticipantwhy this kolaveri.I know all the termninals.
in the picture
1.one line which has a three pins
the centre one is common
and the two terminals for applyring the voltage.
2.in the second which has a two pins
keep the multimeter in the continuity mode.keep one terminal of the mulimeter into the common.and check the othere side terminals /if multinmeter beeps that is NC.and another one is NO.
sathyamoorthyParticipantthere is a way to find the transistor terminals.with the Help of multimeter
sathyamoorthyParticipantwhat he said is correct .I can tell you what to do.You can use the 555 in Monostable mode. But what happen is you cant control the input after 10 seconds.I know this circuit which i have already designed in IIT .This is simple only.
If you want i can build in the SPCIE and i can send it to your mail id
July 6, 2012 at 6:22 pm in reply to: how to dump a program code in to the AT89C51 micro controller BY sharanvinay #8199sathyamoorthyParticipantDump in the sense you have the assembly code or c language .Reply for this i can tell you what is method
sathyamoorthyParticipantit is quite easy if you know the RPM of the motor.Hence rpm is varrying with current. You can measure the RPM with tachometer. And then calculate the current
sathyamoorthyParticipantsee in both cases comments matters. If you are intrested i can tell you the way to prepare for this
