Follow the above steps if you using keil.
or let us know which IDE you are using.
or you have struct some where in between in those steps.
just sayign need help wont define any thing.

you need not convert the C file into assembly.
you can directly convert it into hex and dump into your controller.

i would like to see the code once… the link i had dive you above shows how to take input… and yes you are correct about the internal pull up goes high and it must detect the active low input signal.

They have used UART interfacing intested of Wigand data protocol……
i thinkg the interfacing will not get differ in the case of RFID….
