    hello,

    can anyone help me…

i’ve recently finished my mini project titled “RF remote controlled robot”.

actually the project is wireless dc motor control using RF module and i’ve fitted wheels to the motors so it works as robot.

The abstract, circuit diagram are available in this website “wireless motor control through RF”

now,my pblm is when i give the following commands at the switches the following is the result expected

    0101-forward

    1010-bckward

    0001-left turn

    0100-right turn

all these movements are working perfectly well….but only after some delay,

that is when i switch on the supply and press any switch the robot starts rotating in one particular direction and does not stop untill i manually stop it by switching off the power supply (even though i remove my finger by just touching the switch)…..same is the case with any switch for abt 3-4 minutes…

after i manually stop the robot several times…(in abt 3-4 minutes) everything will be fine

soon after i touch a switch and leave the robot stops and the output is perfect for the above mentioned commands.

i dont understand why there is this start up pbm?

I’ve used 9V battery directly for the motor (8th pin of L293D,using 9V battery)  and I placed a 7805 regulator on board so that the rest of the control electronics will get a supply of 5V.

I have posted this problem in several forums of various websites and I was recommended to use separate batteries for motor and the rest of control electronics asusing seperate batteries reduces interference between the motors and logic.

I haven’t yet tried that suggestion….but I am going to try that too…

Any other suggestions are most welcome….

    hellow friends …..

can give me some ideia about projects related to “ROBOTICS”

what type of robot , what functions can we add….or the projects which is related to wireless comunication

    in that .

.i want to develope some electronic system for security of different-different places ( like Bank, industrial,,home security.. etc).

                        please give me some suggestions………
