First time posting … let me know if you have trouble seeing the image.  Wondering what these are.  I can’t find them in any of the ordering catalogues nor am i able to determine wether they should act as a cap, resistor or inductor???   Thanks in advance!

    Hi Justin,

They are 0-ohm resistors. Their resistance is 0 and they will just do the function of a jumper in PCBs. Please note the white line connecting the two holes in which the component is soldered into. There must be a track going beneath that line and this components helps another track to cross over it.
