i need a circuit for wallie talkie that woeks in a range of 1 to 2 kms for my be project. i dont have time to get a license,so it would be nice if it is short range and operates on frequency designated for personal use. i searched for many circuits online but i dont think they will work in india because here the frequencies designated for personal use are different than in other countries…is it so?

i am in sort of hurry to complete this project.

Hi,

You can use 433 Mhz or 868 Mhz frequencies in India without license, there are RF modules available which can give a range upto 1 km.
