    hi everyone;

    i wanna ask  if i should connect Vss to pin 12 and pin 31 in ?

    if not why there is two pins for that ?

    Hi

    Yes you can connect these two pins together, not a problem; moreover I think they must be internally shorted, you can check out their for connectivity using a multimeter. This happens with most of the microcontrollers.
