    is it possible to make IR transmission from HT12E bcause some people said its meant only for RF not IR…..

     

     

    if so kindly help me with some circuits

    yes its is true. the HT12E protocol is design for RF channel. 

    for IR there are different encoder decoder chips based on RC5 protocol

    can u name some IR IC which is abundant in market like HT12E for RF

    Yes absolutely HT12E and 12D are for RF but by simple changes at transmitter we may use for IR also.

    In order to use a IR LED you need to change the encoder to the HT12A series,

    On the decoder side keep to use the HT12D.
