using 555 timer need to control the timing delay along with blinking of LED at different rates

Hi,

      I need to design a circuit using 555 timer in which shoiuld have different time intervals T of 15, 20,30 and 45 sec controlled using DIP switch. when evere a signal is sensed (means the switch is pressed ) the timer T should start with LED blinking at 500 msec, as soon as timer T has expired the same LED should blink  1 sec interval.

so u requires two timer circuits

one that generates different time period like 15,20…. 45 sec etc

an onther that generates square wave of 1 Hz and 0.5 Hz

so u have to design one monostable and one astable multivibrator
