Hi, I am Hasan doing job at a power generation company. Electronics is my hobby specially microcontroller based. Now I would like to design a PIC based project by which all house appliance would be operated by my TV remot controller.

Hi,

Connect an IR sensor to the PIC and count the number of pulses received at a fixed interval and thats how you can identify the key pressed in the remote. Use relays at the output of the microcontroller to turn on or off your devices.
