trying to set baud rate.

hiii frnds..

i m using philips microcontroller P89V51RD2BN with crystal 11.0592MHz

i cant burn the program.It alway shows an error-“check all  hardware connection or baud rate not matched”.

i tried for each frequency that pc supports.and checked all connection..

 

any1 have idea,where i m doing wrong..

plz help me..

 

i have more doubt-1.is it necessary to set the baud rate of microcontroller before burning the program in it..!!?

                                2.how to set this baud rate before burning the program..

                                3.but,baud rate is set by burning the program!!!! i m totally confused .

                                4.can baud rate set externally??

 

i wrote a c program intializing “TH1=3″…and try to burn..same error occur..

i configured it..but it didnt work.. now error comes-“reset the ISP mode of your device”.

i had check all the hardware connection..plz give me C code for serial communication in P89V51RD2BN..

i burned the program succesfully..

when the error come-to reset isp..i jst simply restart the microcontroller..after then program started burning…
