want to make temperature controller using 89c51 and to control coil current using MOSFET or Transistor for maintaing constant temperature.
Can any one give me suggestion for the same or circuit diagram for that.

Use an LM35 to read the temperature. Interface it via an ADC with the 89c51. Use PWM method to control the speed of the fan
