    Am Working with PIC24EP512GU810 using PICKIT3. am trying to download the program to microcontroller. am unable to that am letting the Target Device ID (0x0) does not match expected Device ID (0x18360000).

    This means there is no communication between programer and IC. Check out connection between the connector pins of programmer and ic and also check the power you are providing correctly.
